We deliver to any postal address in India and worldwide.

Courier companies may not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so please provide a full street address with postal/zip code.

For international shipments, if no one is available to receive the package, parcels may be left at the door, and our courier agents may not provide signature confirmation.
2. Processing & Dispatch Time

Made-to-order products take 15–35 business days for production, depending on the product and customization complexity.

Once ready, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number and estimated delivery date.

Products are polythene-wrapped, tagged, and handed over to the courier carefully to ensure safe delivery.
3. Delivery Timeframes

Domestic shipments typically take 7–10 working days after dispatch.

International shipments generally take 10–15 working days, depending on destination and courier services.

Delivery timelines are approximate; we are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Orders containing multiple products with different dispatch times will follow the longest shipping timeline.
4. Shipping Charges

5. Transit Risk & Insurance

All shipments are fully insured at no extra cost.

ReChannel is responsible for parcels until handed over to the courier.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once delivered to the address provided.

If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait 15 working days for resolution before reshipping, subject to product availability.
