Cancellation & Refund Policy
At ReChannel, every product is made exclusively on order and crafted individually for each client. As we do not maintain ready stock, and each outfit is tailored or customised according to your preferences, cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not permitted. This ensures the uniqueness and quality of every piece we deliver.
1. Exceptions for Returns or Exchanges
We will only consider a return, exchange, or replacement in the case of:

A genuine manufacturing defect, such as stitching errors, fabric faults, or workmanship issues.

An incorrect product being delivered, such as wrong size, fabric, or design that does not match the confirmed order.
2. Reporting Window

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Reports must include clear photos or videos showing the defect or discrepancy.

Requests raised after 48 hours will not be considered, as we cannot guarantee rectification of the product.
3. Process for Issue Resolution

Share your order ID along with supporting evidence (photos/videos).

Our team will review the issue and respond within 24-48 hours.

If the issue is verified, we will offer one of the following solutions:

Correction or repair of the defect, handled at no extra cost.

Replacement with the correct product if available.

Refund, only if the defect cannot be corrected or replacement is not possible.

4. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in exceptional cases where correction or replacement is not feasible.

Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Refunds do not include shipping charges, which are non-refundable.
5. Important Considerations

Minor variations in colour, handwork, embroidery, or finishing are natural in handcrafted products and are not considered defects.

Customised measurements and fabric selections are final and cannot be altered after production begins.

For approved defect-related cases, ReChannel will coordinate logistics and pickup, ensuring minimal inconvenience to the client.
